Engagement sessions have traditionally been used to capture the couple prior to the wedding to use as an announcement in the newspaper. Today they are used for wedding websites, save the date cards, and to display at the wedding reception. As wedding photographers, we enjoy using this time to get to know our couples and build a relationship with them so that the day of their wedding they are comfortable around us and in front of our lens.
